New e-learning elements in development

We are incorporating some of the key skills identified through recent development into our e-learning Elements programme. New developments in the pipeline include “Presentation and Communication Skills” which we hope to launch in the first quarter of 2007.
Alongside this we will be developing our second Element in response to numerous requests for learning and guidance around managing meetings in a modern environment.
We will be looking at how to manage formal and informal meetings, developmental and facilitated meetings such as action learning sets as well as team development meetings. Most importantly we will be looking at managing meetings of distributed teams and other virtual meetings such as conference calls, video conferencing and webcasts. Again this should be online and available in the first quarter of 2007.
